Anyone who has struggled with dieting knows there must be a better way. The Cherry Pie Paradox introduces tools that go beyond mindful eating to uncovering the stories that have kept you stuck in an unhelpful identity. Who you think you are shapes your behavior, and your behavior shapes—well, your shape—emotional, mental and physical. This book opens the door to a life practice of enjoying food, appreciating the body you have, and freedom from weight worries.
