Muriel Richardson was born in Ashland, Oregon. Currently, she lives in Roseburg with her husband and beloved animals. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Muriel admits that for many years, she was not fond of reading for enjoyment. She realizes now that absorbing more in her literature classes would have made writing easier. As a member of An Association of Writers of the Umpqua Valley, Muriel has written and published several short stories, poems, and now this children’s book, Here’s to Catitude.
