What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example:
- PAYMENTS: We use a third party service called Stripe to process credit card payments for those who choose to pay any of their fee online. We do not store any of your credit card information, but your name and payment information is passed along to Stripe so they can process payment. If you have questions about that data, you may access Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/us/privacy.
- EMAIL MARKETING: If you choose to join our mailing list, we pass your name and email address along to a third party, Mailchimp, which we use to manage our newsletters and other mailings. See Mailchimp’s privacy policy at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: When you submit a form, we may pass and store your information into HubSpot, a CRM software that helps us keep track of our relationship with clients and contacts we interact with. Once your contact is entered in HubSpot we may have the ability to track the pages you visit and the form you submit. See HubSpot’s privacy policy at https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
- TRANSACTIONAL EMAIL: Transactional email for orders, password recovery etc., is handled by a service called Mailgun. You may visit Mailgun’s privacy policy at www.mailgun.com/privacy-policy.
- ANALYTICS: We use Google Analytics and Piwik PRO to help us understand how our customers use the site–you can read more about how Google uses your personal information at google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy.
