How it works

The Pro package is available to selected authors who are investing in their author career.
This fully assisted pack gives you a massive amount of resources, tools, and services to promote your work, build a solid platform, and push sales.

Unique to the Pro Book Marketing Package:

• A custom marketing plan
  Our book marketing expert will deliver a complete marketing plan that you can immediately put in action to market your book and achieve your specific goals.
• A content calendar OR content extracts
  Based on your choice, our marketing specialist will create a weekly posting schedule aligned with your goals. This includes researching popular hashtags related to your content, outlining an advertising strategy (if needed), making a list of relevant awareness days, and creating a detailed 3-month content calendar.Alternatively, we’ll provide you with a wealth of content for your blog, newsletter, and/or social media. Our marketing team will go through your book section by section and pull out relevant quotes and excerpts to create evergreen and timely posts for your brand. Each project is unique and results cannot be guaranteed, but this service can pull up to a year’s worth of content.
• Amazon Advertising to increase sales
  We’ll create and manage for you Ads targeting keywords, products, and/or categories that your ideal readers search on Amazon. The service includes the first $500 of ad budget (money spent directly on Amazon). You’ll be in control of the budget and have the option to extend the campaign based on results.
• Facebook/Instagram Ads to reach readers
  We will research and develop an advertising campaign on Instagram and/or Facebook to promote your book to interested audiences, with call-to-action buttons such as “Pre-order,” “Order now,” and “Subscribe,” for a minimum of one month. This service includes a weekly check-in for reporting.
• Monthly strategy calls
  Our marketing team will provide 3 months of ongoing support for your marketing efforts. You’ll be able to book monthly strategy calls to review your plan, discuss new or existing opportunities, or get the help you need to complete your tasks.

• Amazon A+ Content
  Make your listing stand out with custom-designed content on your book page.
  We’ll improve your book listing by adding visual content that inspires readers and drives sales. The customized graphics and text will appear on the A+ Detail section of your Amazon book page for each edition published through KDP.
• E-book email blast
  We’ll feature your book in multiple, high-quality newsletters like those from Bargain Booksy and Fussy Librarian to promote your limited-time discounted e-book to readers specifically interested in your genre. Luminare will coordinate with you to launch and adjust the promotion for 1 week.
  To maximise effectiveness, we suggest discounting the e-book edition to $0.99 for 7 days.
• Marketing graphics pack
  Feeling stuck when it comes to building high-quality, effective graphics to promote your book on social media, website, newsletter, or outreach emails? We’ll create and deliver 5 different images you can use for different purposes. Let us know what your goal is, and we’ll build the images for you.
  1 round of review is included before images are delivered.
• Promotional copy
  You have perfected the back cover text, but some places and circumstances require different messaging. We’ll help you craft a shorter and a longer version of the copy you need to promote your book.
  Examples: short versions are great for newsletter promo and advertising, while longer versions can improve visibility on Amazon and blog posts.

• Professional book review from Readers’ Favorite 
  You’ll receive a guaranteed review from Readers’ Favorite, an independent and highly trusted review site. If your book stands out during the review, you may be awarded one of their book awards. Book reviews and awards can be used on your book cover, online pages, and marketing materials.
• Kindle Goodreads giveaway
  We’ll launch a campaign to give away 100 digital copies of your book to engaged readers who sign up to win a copy of your book. Goodreads giveaways are a great way to promote your work to book lovers and readers interested in your genre. The 100 Kindle copies are available for 30 days to encourage visibility, add to “To be read” shelves, and future reviews. Goodreads automatically follows up with winners 8 weeks after the giveaway ends to remind winners to review.
• Marketing sheet
  Reaching out to the media, book influencers, journalists, podcasters, or event organizers? A marketing sheet includes the essential information about your book and the reasons why it should be considered, all in one place. We will design and create a custom marketing sheet that you can use for pitching your physical or virtual book tour, and connect with influencers.
• Book listing optimization
  Improve your book’s searchability. Showing up correctly on Amazon is the key to improving discoverability and sales. We help you optimize all aspects of the Amazon listing so your book has the best chance to appear in front of your readers. In practice, we will review and optimize categories, keywords, and your Amazon Author Central page.

What you get: Everything in the lower packages, PLUS custom strategy, managed ad campaigns, and a dedicated marketing partner for 3 months.
