    Anna Maria was born different.

Anna Maria was born with her shoes on. Though her parents and friends try and try to remove them, the stubborn shoes stay put. One day, Anna Maria finally succeeds where others have failed—and what she sees when the first shoe is off are five very unusual toes staring back and talking to her.

Anna Maria’s Toes is a humorous and heartwarming story about discovering one’s uniqueness and embracing possibilities.
