Up to 20 minutes of professionally produced conversation, focused entirely on your story. No interview experience or video skills needed. You show up and talk; we handle the preparation, recording, editing, and publishing. You come away with a polished interview and three ready-to-post clips to keep your book in front of readers.
How it works
How it works
- Book your interview. Once you’ve booked, we’ll be in touch right away to schedule your recording date.
- Prepare in 15 minutes. Complete a short questionnaire at least 72 hours before your session. Your answers shape the questions, so the conversation reflects your story, not a script. You’ll also receive a simple guide to looking and sounding your best on camera.
- Have the conversation. Your interview is recorded on Zoom from wherever you are, with LaKesha Raynor of Cocoa Conversations guiding you throughout. All you need is a quiet room, good light, and a pair of headphones.
- Review your edit. Your first edit arrives about 15 business days after recording. You’ll review it before it’s finalized, and we’ll handle one round of corrections.
- Receive your finished content. Once your edit is final, your files are yours to share.

Good to know
- Who owns the content? You can use, post, and share your finished video, clips, and graphics for promotion, for as long as you like. Raw footage and editing files aren’t included.
- Is it public? Yes. Interviews are produced for public release, so treat everything you say during the recording as on the record.
- What if I need to reschedule? Let us know as early as possible. Rescheduling after your date is confirmed, or missing the session, may require a new timeline or an additional fee.
- Want more? You can extend your interview to up to 45 minutes, or add extra clips, quote graphics, a LinkedIn article, or a video-based media kit. Ask us for details.
- What if I need to cancel? If you cancel before your interview is recorded, we’ll refund 50% of your investment. The other 50% covers production time already reserved for you. Once your interview has been recorded, the investment is non-refundable.
Results such as book sales or audience growth depend on many factors and can’t be guaranteed.
