Lady Alidia is a blast and loves to inspire all to consider the importance of childhood education, knowing that a healthy childhood leads to a healthier adulthood.
Lady Alidia believes in the child’s imagination and the importance of cultivating a sense of identity, coupled with self-awareness and self-confidence. All children need to be kids, learning and developing in a loving, secure, creative pedagogical community.
Lady Alidia is a strong advocate for children’s learning and development. For more than a dozen years, she has made trips to Africa to advocate for children and to help produce a yearly girls’ conference. She has a master’s degree in early childhood education and is an educational consultant in NYC to train teachers for the NYSTCE (New York State Teachers Certification Exam). She has raised four successful children of her own and has taught for more than thirty years.
